Cloudside Stoves, Congleton

We have had a Scandinavian woodburning stove installed which did take some time to arrive, but as soon as they got it the lads turned up and got stuck straight in, and despite them having problems with our unusual chimney arrangement and compromised flue they solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Before leaving they cleaned up after themselves. They were also very polite and helpful. Thank-you for a job well done.

This is hard to find as it doesn't say it is actually at the garden centre. Nothing outside to say it's there either. No one on site and staff at the garden centre say no one has been there since Christmas. Phone number on business card doesn't work either! Not help to us at all when we want to ask questions. Seems a poor way to run a business. Obviously doesn't want the business!

We hired cloudside stoves to replace an old gas fire with a multi fuel fire. Couldn't be happier with the result. Stunning fire, beautiful hearth. Great communication before and after the installation and a Very friendly team. Would highly recommend.
