Im from Stockton on Tees and found the car I wanted at Reiss James in Newcastle Under Lyme I spoke to Lee my Salesman and negotiated my Trade-in subject to seeing one and others cars I then made the journey over to view and potentially purchase there car . a Black Mercedes AMG SL 350 we discussed it required a Service and an MOT (There was a short one on the car but Lee assured me hed put a fresh 12 months on the car) one very small dent was present and on a Gloss black it stood out again Lee assured me this would be rectified by Paintless Dent Removal and Valet I got the call to go over to collect my car (I had confidence in Lee and had paid in full) The car was Gleaming a Fresh Service Invoice from Mercedes and an MOT with No Advisories the dent . Gone and the car presented in such a way as to give me pride in my New car Thank you Lee it was a Pleasure totally Professional Service Im Delighted with my Purchase

Just picked up a TTS and the whole experience of dealing with Leigh was excellent and completely exceeded my expectations. The personal, no pressure sale made a welcome and refreshing change. Happy to recommend to friend and would definitely use again
