        Don't bother using!!!! We took a horse's head collar here to be engraved for a friend's birthday. They engraved it upside down making it useless. When we asked what could be done the woman just laughed and said she can't do anything. We explained that they ruined an expensive bit of equipment and the women just turned and said "oh well it's not our fault" they would not even give the money back for the engraving! We will now be going to trading standards to try and get our money back for the damages. Terrible customer service and strongly recommend using someone else.

        Ordered 15 trophies from JS Trophies via their Facebook page as saw a sale on via an advert on a football page I follow. I ordered the trophies (including a logo and engraving to be added to each trophy) and they were delivered within a week which was also Easter weekend! The trophies were packed securely and look great! They were really prompt when responding to my messages and came across very professional. Really happy with my purchase and will be using JS trophies again!
