As we pulled up I was pleasantly impressed with the exterior, as we entered we waited at the matradee stand to be seated ,it was covered in cleaning bottles dirty dishes and clutter , I saw one guy rushing around so we decided to seat ourselves and we ordered at the bar , the woman behind the bar just jumped onto the carvery and started serving , I'm sure that's the chefs job not someone who's just been serving drinks We had to move tables because after 20 minutes I couldn't keep looking at the food on the floor on the next table ,I moved to the table I just saw get cleaned, even tho I moved a used napkin off the chair and the ketchup bottle was all crusty this whole time that lad was still rushing around, I felt like 5 minutes would of done a world of good just pushing all the chairs in and picking up food and clearing the tables around me fully . it's was 40 minutes I had to go up and ask for a refund a lad came out with our 2 plates but his top was absolutely flithy and he had just wiped his face with his hand as he walked over to us , the 3rd person in my group didn't receive their food In that 40 minutes wait no one came out the kitchen with food as I was sat facing the door and was eagerly waiting and it was 4.25 it wasn't busy , also as I was being served the woman from the wacky section was talking to the man who was meant to be serving me ,overtaking. I'm probably moaning alot here but there seems to be alot going on here that can be easily fixed and ruins your dining experience, I never ever complained before and said I'm leaving but this is my first time I had to ... but I gotta hand it to the woman at the bar politely listening to what happened and issued a refund
