What a lovely place! Clean, fresh, well presented and well maintained (a recent refurbishment probably helped here!) With ample seating and a lovely lawn area.
I think the pre-refurbishment version of this pub had a kid's play area. That appears to have now gone, but they are still very child (and pet) friendly.
Staff were very friendly, drinks were well kept and well presented, toilets were clean. We didn't try food but would like to. The place has a lovely feel to it.
We will be going back.
