Staff are very pleasant and helpful when you get to the counter but always a very long slow moving queue on the few occasions I go yo the post office, maybe need more staff

Dreadful Post office service, I gave up waiting, slow service, the one member of staff does not seem very interested in his job. There was a Que of 10 people. Then he closed for a break and put up the sign "position closed" right in-front of everyone.

Every time I go in the shop there is always only 1 person serving and a long line of customers. When will someone realise that more staff are needed. Both myself and the wife have had bad experience from a certain male staff member and In my opinion he should go on a refresher course on how to deal with customers. If you work within a customer facing role and cant smile and be helpful then may be a job in a factory or grass cutting in the middle of the nowhere would be more suitable.
