Domino is a needy dog that needs careful handling and she was recently washed, cut and her teeth cleaned by Jasmin. Perfect Dom was happy with the experience and she looked great on collection. Just about to make another appointment.

I took my 2 cocker poos to Jasmine recently and am so terribly disappointed with the service and the groom. Each dog was booked in for 2 hours. Jasmine finished them both in less than 2 hours 45 mins. When we got them home we could clearly see that they were cut unevenly and so many bits were missed - see photos below. I contacted Jasmine and was told, Unfortunately as you were not happy at any point of my service then i believe that I am not the groomer for you. There was no offer to rectify the problems. Jasmine was not welcoming when we entered the salon and was on her phone sat behind her desk (paying no attention to our gorgeous dogs) when my hubby picked them up (she wasnt conversing with anyone on the phone). Poor groom, poor customer service. What a total waste of 74! I now need to find someone to sort out the mess that weve been left with.
