I have been a client of L.Thompson opticians for many years.Lyn and Amy are amazing opticians very caring and professional in all they do. Amy recently diagnosed a macular problem, she arranged my swift hospital referral and I am now getting the treatment I need. I cant thank her enough and being NHS staff I appreciate such caring healthcare professionals. Thank you

Very friendly, traditional opticians with all the gubbins necessary for full eye exams and screenings. The waiting room feels a bit like an old fashioned dentist's but there are some quirky themed pieces of decor dotted around the building which make it definitely an optician's premises... or optometrist's. I have no reason not to recommend them... :-)

Thompson Optometrists look after both mine and my daughters eyes. They are beyond reproach in my opinion. You can never be too careful with your eyes and the whole team is exceptional.

I would just like to take a moment to recommend L. Thompson Optometrists on West Street, Congleton. They are simply the best & really do go above & beyond! My youngest daughter (Jessica) is sight impaired & although unfortunately glasses can't fully correct her vision they do help. Although we moved from Congleton 80 miles to Bridgnorth in July 17 we still come back to Congleton to take Jessica's hospital prescriptions to L. Thompson. They were also excellent with my eldest daughter's sight test & dry eyes. Believe me when I say we have tried a LOT of opticians & now wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff are lovely, but special mention to Victoria who sources from all over the globe & moves heaven & earth to get the very special, strong, complicated lenses Jessica needs. Trust me most opticians don't put in half this effort! Please if you're due an eye test or new glasses go & see them.
