My partner and I were referred to Alligate Mortgages and working with Kala from a friend and I am so glad that we were!!! We just completed on purchasing our first house and Kala was absolutely instrumental in helping us through the process. As first-time buyers there was so much about the process that we didn't know and she was so helpful, informative and patient with explaining all our options, the advantages/disadvantages, etc. Especially in a time when interest rates were going crazy! We went into the process knowing very little and were able to ask any questions with no judgement and *always* a lot of useful help! I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Alligate as we had such a great experience!

Kala is the person to go to, if you want a broker, thats in the know. I was lucky to come across her and she made difficult situations seem easy. In the end, when it looked like, I might not get the mortgage offer I needed, I got 2 on the table and chose one. I was able to now complete relatively quickly. Ill recommend and would use again! Thanks Kala!
