Had my annual check with Boots Opticians in Congleton and found that not unexpectedly I needed new glasses. The service provided was excellent, the staff were most helpful and explained each procedure in detail from helping me with choosing new frames and explaining the various lenses. The optometrist was also very helpful and answered all my questions regarding reactive lenses and many more questions I was unsure of. One of the most unusual things she did was coming to the waiting area and introducing herself and escorting me to the examination room, what a nice gesture that was. Finally I am not a new customer, been coming here for many years, having tried the rest will stick with the best. Congratulations.

Once again, truly fabulous service & advice - team worked hard to work out the best way for me to change the lenses in my existing (favourite) glasses! My son had a test & ordered glasses the week after & was equally delighted. Highly recommended!

Had an eye test and bought two pairs of glasses. The glasses arrived within a week of the test and the staff were super friendly, particularly Camila! She was very attentive and helped pick out the best glasses for me.
