Hi, yesterdays my order was perfect...good work portobello...the taste of was fabulous, and steak chips with chicken burger was amazing as well

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I have collected stamps and I have 10 in discount. When I try to place an order they refuse it as it would only cost 4. They shouldnt have this promotion code if they are going to do that, its wrong. Not to mention the staff are incredibly rude and abrupt. Dont order from here theres much better takeaways such as cheeky chicken and sizzlers. UPDATED VERSION: and no I did not request a refund for something I didnt receive. I requested a refund as the staff were rude and this is an option for a refund when using just eat. I reported how rude the driver was to just eat and requested a refund through them as one of the options for a refund is because you have received POOR customer service. Absolutely awful place. Like I said, please order from cheeky chicken or sizzlers as they have NICE staff and produce the best quality food. Portobello is the WORSE takeaway in Congleton. Thank you, liars.
