Reported breakdown at 1215, truck arrived 1300 and looked promising at that point. Downhill from then on, car taken away and driver told us a taxi would be along soon. Nothing turned up and when phoned HQ were told they knew nothing about a taxi and from then on we had to make our own arrangements. We're an elderly couple, it was cold and wet and this company were of no assistance at all.

Recommended by a member of my family, I used ALPS to deal with a car accident claim for me instead of doing it myself through my own insurance company. My claims manager, Jonathan Copley, handled everything for me. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and from our first phone call I was confident my claim couldn't be in better hands. He explained the process clearly to me and handled all the negotiations between the 3rd party, who were not being entirely honest with what actually happened to cause the accident, and my insurers, who would have written my pride and joy off. It was easily repairable, and has been, out of my own pocket during the claim period. A bit of a gamble maybe but it all worked out well. I was kept regularly updated on the progress and I was able to get on with my life without all the stress that these things can cause confident in knowing that my claims manager was doing everything he possibly could to get the best possible result for me. It took a few months to come to a conclusion but this was due to delayed responses from the 3rd parties insurers. In the end I was very satisfied with the final result. After lengthy negotiations ALPS were able to get a good chunk of my repair costs back. That's a far better result than I would have got had I gone through my insurers myself alone. A massive thankyou to ALPS and my claims manager for their efforts in bringing my claim to a positive conclusion. I hope I never have the need to use ALPS services again but if I do....
