        Awful aftercare by Jones and rude staff at Emerson. Purchased a 5 bed house at Westlow Heath, just after 2 years radiators are leaking. We had an independent plumber confirm the radiator plumbing is terrible and Jones are flat refusing to be accountable even though a radiator shouldn't fail that quickly. Avoid Jones at all costs.

        Have always purchased new homes. Never have I felt so disappointed, with a developer who has no honour. A house company I could not recommend! In retrospect, should have purchased from someone else. Be assured I would never purchase another house from this company.
