Plus Dane Housing Group

Expect to have crackheads buzzing your door at early hours to get through the communal door and when you confront them you get into confrontations. I have autism and there is no security on the door. It's currently broken so anyone can walk in Try to call repair line you get left on hold for hours or the call abruptly disconnects after 30 minutes. Plus there is rats in the area. Complained enough times. Nothing gets sorted. Housing officer is non existent. Im beginning ti hate this property its effecting my mental health. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM . I'm looking to get away ASAP. I recommend you avoid.

I called Plus Dane yesterday 10 minutes before closing yesterday, half expecting no one to answer I'm regards to an issue that I required a quick response to. I was very pleasantly surprised that not only it rang straight through but a very kind lady Olivia and her colleague helped me not only listen to my issue but set out an action plan to resolve it. I recieved a call back the next day in the morning with the issue resolved. Thank you Olivia and the Plus Dane team! I am very grateful for the high standard of service and support provided!

Such a bad company no morals or integrity. Forcing payment of 50 a week for hot water and not giving tenants options to opt in or out. Horrendous
