Stagecoach Performing Arts Congleton

I like many parents read good things about stage coach and so took my little one along for two sessions (paying 50) which they said would be refundable if my son didnt enjoy it My son was not sure about it but the coach told me otherwise and was singing his praises saying he was joining in with everyone and really enjoying himself. So we trusted his word and paid all sessions in advance (around 360) after literally dragging my son there for a 2/3 more sessions he just refused to go back. So contacted the coach and told him this and asked for a refund, he refused! I contacted someone else that said we could have a partial refund, so I thought its better than nothing and sent my bank details etc. still waiting! My advise would be - make sure this is for your child and they genuinely love it. Do not take the coaches word for it and do NOT pay everything in advance pay monthly, at least you will only lose a month if your child doesnt want to return. I left a review on Facebook and it was deleted by the coach/owner of the FB page. So Im also upset that the reviews on Facebook are those that they want you to see and not a true reflection of everyones experience.

what a smashing place , my granddaughters second time and she loves it there , the staff are brill , and Alan is really good on the front desk, very qualified tutors , what more do you need .
