        Used the post office here many times however two weeks ago a youngish girl served me. I posted a shirt I had sold online, a few days ago the person messaged to see where their item was. I found the receipt and to my shock the lady had sent the parcel to the RETURNS LABEL address (which was mine) and not to the TO address which were clearly labelled. However, the parcel must have gone missing because I have not received it here either. Very disappointing on how incompetent people can be! It has cost me and the lady both money that we probably won't get back!
