I worked with Mark for some time planning and gaining information on Whiskey barrels and how to get them to market. Mark definitely was responsive and knowledgeable in this area. His communication and response time was very reasonable. He was very professional and it shows with the results. His knowledge of industry was very good and he offered a few realistic options when evaluating the product value and status. Being a customer based in the USA, I was a bit hesitant with any new venture, but Mark put us at ease. His company Mark Littler LTD managed all TorFX transfers which was a great help. Overall I am very pleased.

I was nervous at working with someone overseas who I had never met, but his Google reviews (and the fact he was well known to the distillery) allowed me to entrust Mark with my business. Now it is all done, I find myself in the position to write a positive review and convince future sellers that Mark is the right person for the job. Mark was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He was knowledgeable, communicative and clearly had the right contacts to help make the transaction successful. On top of that, he is a genuine, friendly person and I really enjoyed doing business with him. I am just disappointed that the transaction is now over and I can't work with him again!
