Abbie Longworth Sports & Remedial Massage

By far the best Sports Massage I have had. Abbie is really knowledgeable and it shows. She knew exactly how to treat me. I would definitely recommend her.

I booked an appointment with Abbie on the recommendation of one of my patients (I am a chiropractor). I had been looking for a massage therapist that I could not only refer patients to but who I could use to soothe my own general aches and pains. Not only is Abbie a genuinely lovely person but she is a great massage therapist. I like someone to get stuck in enough that I feel they have done something but not someone who just causes pain. Abbie is exactly that. I have had several sessions with her and have referred a number of patients to her that we now co-manage. I am so pleased to have found her.

Abbie is fantastic. On the first appointment I was made to feel very comfortable and Abbie listened carefully about my injury/pain and the history behind it before jumping into treatment. The treatment has really helped and the tips and exercises given to do at home have been a real help. I would 100% recommend Abbie.

I couldn't recommend Abbie more, she is so friendly and welcoming. I was impressed with her knowledge and advise and the whole session was very worth while. I came away feeling fab and with her email summarising the advice afterwards was brilliant. I'll definitely be using her again.
