Louisa has been brilliant, helping to kick start my fitness campaign. A number of injuries have prevented me exercising and I wanted some help to get fitter and remain injury free so I could continue. Louise has been amazing at knowing how hard to push me and what works best for building up strength. I can't recommend her enough. Thanks Louisa.
