Ive just started at TEK Kickboxing West Bridgford and cannot speak highly enough of them. The coaches and leaders are all fantastic, working hard to help everyone progress and achieve their best. The members that go are also great, supporting each other in their pursuit of success. If you want to have fun whilst learning a martial art and improving your fitness TEK is the place for you!

I've attended the Tek Kickboxing West Bridgford and love the atmosphere within the class; it's unique and ensures every student feels welcome and in a learning environment. The martial art of kickboxing is taught to the highest quality here, as well as promoting and nurturing other qualities mentally, such as confidence. Martial arts change lives and Tek West Bridgford certainly is the place to start that journey.

Tek West Bridgford is a rapidly growing school with one of the best coaches in the business, Coach Karen, who has 15+ years of martial arts experience and expertise. The coaches are all so welcoming and bring such vibrancy to the room which creates a brilliant atmosphere among the students and a great environment to push your self and learn among peers!
