I recently damaged my rotator cuff and I had considerable pain in my shoulder, the sort that makes you cry. I was attending an event where everybody I met seemed to have experienced this, or was still experiencing it, and I was constantly assured it would take weeks . months . or even surgery for it to heal. Feeling despondent as well as in pain, Maria very gently gave me hope and healing. It was so nice when someone offered help and she gave me the space to relax deeply as she intuitively tuned into my problems. I was open to the experience as I had not had healing like this before and I was not sure what to expect. What I certainly did not expect was such a rapid improvement in my shoulder and such a rapid easing of pain. I began to feel the benefits as the day went on and by the following day I was stunned by how much better I felt. Not only was there only background pain but I had improved movement too. Not only did I feel physically better, it felt like a weight had truly lifted off my shoulders. I cannot thank Maria enough for the care and gentleness of her approach, behind which lies some incredibly powerful healing. I am truly grateful.

I was feeling quite lost a few months ago and Maria offered me some guided meditation. I use this almost everyday now, it helps me think positively and if I need to it also helps me sleep. Taking it further myself I have met my spirit guide and often feel my mum and gran alongside me. Thank you very much! What an amazing job exceeded all my expectations! I have been doing my online Mmm Monday meditation class for four months now, and I can never be thankful enough that I met Maria. The experience that I am having from doing this class is so unique and is helping me greatly with going through a very difficult time in my life. It not only helped me with my mental health and gave me more confidence in my abilities, but also opened a door for me that I was never aware that existed. Therefore, I decided to join the Beginners' Guide to Spirituality Course, which is also co-organised by Maria. Every Monday, Maria takes me to an incredible place, where I discover a new "me". This gives me a new perspective on how I view myself and gives me an incredible boost of energy and belief in my own capability. I feel very safe and at ease with Maria when she is guiding me through a very personal experience. Maria is a great meditation teacher and a healer. I would highly recommend this class to anyone. It is great!!!

I've recently moved into a new flat. I did an online consultation with Maria, and gave her an idea of what I'd like. Maria had wonderful ideas, and simplified them for me. It was easy to follow. I was advised of colour, lighting, furnishings and use of texture within the individual rooms. Maria is a visionary, and the attention and detail has made my flat look just how I wanted it to be. Thankyou so much Maria! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Maria to create your space. She is fantastic at what she does, and her attention to detail is second to none. 5* I recently moved into a new flat which felt light and airy, bar the bedroom. The vibration was lower, and it was a cold room. Maria did some 'House Healing on the bedroom. Following that, my bedroom felt lighter, and warmer Thankyou so much Maria, for the transformation.
