So sad to be back from this wonderful week away. The friendliest of welcomes, the place was so clean it was almost as if it were brand new. Linens and towels as bright as youd see in a 5 star hotel and the site itself is just lovely and clearly well looked after. The chalet was perfect for us as a party of 3 but Id happily stay as a 4. The kitchen was great with everything sparkling and a little welcome box on arrival. It was quiet and calm and just perfect for a relaxing break. If wed have known how good it was wed have booked for longer for sure! A little park for the kids which was perfect to burn off the last drips of energy, a short walk down a wooded alley and youre in the town. The location is also Perfectly placed to visit all of north Devons finest. Just loved it here and well be back for sure.

We have recently returned from a 7 day break to Manleigh Park, Combe Martin and have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. We booked through Hoseasons and stayed in chalet number 9. This wasn't the best located chalet as our view was of the parking spaces. I don't know if this is the normal allocated chalet to people booking through Hoseasons.? That said we could not fault the chalet itself. It was immaculately clean and a perfect base for me and my family with 2 young boys. We have stayed many many places all over the place and this has to be one of the cleanest we have experienced. Nothing worse than arriving at your accommodation and having to start cleaning. Not the case here. We are a quite active family with 2 boys aged 5 and 7. We walked down into Combe Martin via the footpath. This is quite steep and not for anyone who isn't agile. The park has basic facilites like a small play park. They have turned a caravan into am information hut. The on site bar is very nice and cosy. We kept promising to try a pizza but never got the chance. The site is very well maintained. The staff are super friendly. I have read elsewhere that Hoseasons get to check in last and check out first. Check in was 5pm and check out at 9am so you have basically lost a day. Prior to our arrival, we were sent a link to an App for the site. This was very good as it helped clear up any questions we had about the site or the area.
