Longlands Luxury Glamping

We presented quite a challenge as a booking - 2 dogs plus a severely disabled daughter in a wheelchair with hoists and slings to boot - our first challenge was could we get our daughters wheelchair into the lodge but the team at Longlands literally rebuilt the step so we could - the lodge worked for us despite all our equipment and we really enjoyed h the whole experience of tent living - we had terrible weather so really got to test the tent and in particular the heating but all worked - great fun and would definitely do it again!

An excellent site, warm welcome from Tammy & Jez and brilliant location for exploring North Devon although the site and safari lodges are so comfortable you could just chill at Longlands. We had a wonderful stay in October for our wedding anniversary, enjoyed the hot tub and had a fantastic cream tea & cake made by Tammy. The lodge more than met our expectations for comfort, warmth and the practicalities for drying wetsuits, hosing down sandy dogs etc.

An amazing hidden paradise. Most relaxing holiday we have ever had- gorgeous tranquil setting plus A1 facilities - and the pre cooked meals from the larder were super yummy!! Could not fault any part of the holiday- we Are definitely going back. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at Longlands and were made to feel very welcome by the owners. We stayed in one of the beautifully equipped lodges which had everything you could think of to make our stay comfortable - even our favourite shampoo! The beds were very warm and cosy and the cabin bunk was a highlight of our granddaughters stay! Longlands is set in peaceful North Devon countryside and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend a stay there if you are looking for peace and quiet.
