We originally were searching for a few options around finishes in kitchens. By chance we came across Kobocrete, so we went for a drive and found an industrial unit with a very friendly gent aka Kieran. We sat down and discussed what we would really love to have and he showed us what they produced. This was new territory for both of us, so the journey starts ........ After a while we had a detailed kitchen plan from the Kitchen company, this then gave us some dimensions to be able to go back and almost finalise sizing details. This then enabled Kieran to start planning the moulds, quantities of mixes and other pieces of his jigsaw. Kieran then later came to the house, just prior to building obliteration of my house. We spoke very regularly and after a few more visits, mainly to make sure both parties were happy and nothing was left to chance, the parts, 4 initially went to production. Obviously with this product it's a time heavy period where, concrete cures, finishes have to be achieved and logistics are finalised. Once at my end , I was ready for the worktops, dates were agreed. Please bear in mind this was new to both parties so Kieran turned up with help and started to fit the worktops. As there concrete, they are heavy and when dry fitting, they have to be moved a few times to make sure they will fit. I was surprised how heavy this but of the operation was but eventually, bingo . In place and fixed. We later discussed and agreed to have extra plinths made to finish off the look and practicality of the kitchen. ( These then were made and fitted at a later date) So as you can see from the pictures we have a great final finish. Both in feel and all round package. We did have slight issues through the process, however Kieran and his team , were brilliant in fixing the problems, discussing all aspects and putting forward solutions that overcame everything that was needed. So overall Kieran and Kobocrete were professional, efficient, caring, true to their word and a producer of a fantastic product that truly compliments and finishes off the new kitchen / entertaining area . I would recommend him to anyone, I'd have no hesitation in being a return customer & I'd like to thank him and all of his staff for their support and guidance throughout the whole of our experience. I found Kobocrete through Google search. For me they proved to be a very acceptable find. They were extremely helpful and provided the quality and service I expected with the size of my spend. I have every confidence that they will fulfil your needs.
