    I started pregnancy fitness classes recently and Lola was really professional and knew her stuff. She adapted exercises really well and didnt make me doubt that I could keep going right up until week 38! Im now doing the motherhood recovery programme and it is challenging but at the right pace and really considers the impact that going too high impact too soon can have. Ive also met some really nice other people at the classes and was never made to feel unwelcome or alone even though I came on my own. Definitely recommend these classes.

    Lola is fantastic and I always look forward to her classes. Not only does she make them really fun and supportive, but her knowledge of pregnancy and postnatal health and fitness is second to none. I always knew I was in safe hands by following her advice. I attended her pregnancy fitness classes in Bexleyheath right up until the end of my pregnancy and then went to her postnatal class after my 6 week postpartum check. During my first class, Lola diagnosed my diastasis recti and suggested exercises to fix it. I'd never even heard of that before so feel so grateful that I found a trainer as knowledgeable as Lola or I could have really done myself some damage. I also loved the onsite babysitter as it meant I could actually complete a workout without having to stop every 5 seconds and attend to my baby! Would highly recommend Lola's classes to any pregnant or postnatal women.
