So happy to find an honest, old-school tradesperson. LJM came to my aid after another plumber i employed to fix a dripping tap left me with an even worse leak. The other plumber was also unable to replace the whole tap as I wanted. LJM returned my call on a Saturday, followed up with me on the Monday morning and came out on the Tuesday. He explained exactly what he was doing and found an additional issue that needed fixing. My heart sank when he said he had to go and buy a part (we've all seen Rogue Traders) as we were on the clock, but he was back in 15 minutes. He also pointed out numerous helpful things to me about my set-up. If you want the job done right, get a professional like LJM. Will happily use again.
