Southern Heating

Genuinely great with information, price and service. I got them recommended by a friend and now I recommend them to my friends. Bob, who is the owner is one of the most knowledgeable I've found with heating, electric and air conditioners. I've got ACs installed from Southern Heating and am really pleased with the product and service.

I arrange for someone to come round to quote me for new radiators, unfortunately I wasnt going to be in on that day so I rang five times to cancel the appointment for the next day. Just kept getting a recorded message over and over again. I then went to the offices and there were five people sat in there, laughing and talking. I said oh so someone is here. Can you tell me why youre not answering the phone. A young girl on the counter/switchboard turn round and said oh the phone isnt ringing it must be to do with her Wi-Fi being down. I then informed her that landlines do not use Wi-Fi. She had a good sense to go red, but I decided to leave and call it a day and go elsewhere . Ive read most of the reviews subsequently and theyre not good for this company.
