When I called the salon I was asked maybe 4 times if its a wet cut I want. I replied yes as that is what I normally get. I was bit confused why I am asked so many times The website mentions 25% discount for the first time clients so I mentioned it over the phone while booking. When I got there they asked me again if its for a wet cut and I said yes but given that I ve been asked this so many times I said well if it makes no difference to the cut lets go with the dry cut. Anyway the cut was done in abt 10 minutes. Unfortunately my hair looked worse than when I arrived as when it got partially wet it turned all frizzy. They charged me the full fee for the dry cut and I left bit puzzled. The person cutting my hair was nice but there was bit too much confusion and my hair did not look good leaving the place. I would rather pay more and leave satisfied with the communication and the result. So essentially they did 10 min job (dry cut) rather than full wash and blow dry for the same fee.If the person at least asked if she should style it a bit which would take maybe 5 additional minutes would not even say anything. Unfortunately would not return.

Been meaning to leave a review for this salon for ages. I had my hair done here in June. By a lady called Amber, she did full head highlights and cut. I've been to other big brand hairdressers and not really been very satisfied with the end result. I came to see Amber and she done an absolute amazing job and the best I've ever had. I've been so impressed with her end result I will definitely be going back there again. Thankyou so much :0) Service: Hair coloring
