Absolutely brilliant. Great value for a top standard service. I have Joe who has been exceptional, he has allowed me to go through every issue, looked at what can be done for each area and we have continued to work on it. A previous physio dismissed some problems, Joe listened and has been consistent in seeing me to collate everything over time building a greater understanding to provide the best forms of physio to each area. I have recently tried acupuncture which has been the most long lasting in my treatment to date.

I highly recommend Joe. I felt really listened to. He completed varying assessments to gain insight into my gait deficits. His expertise on the back & pelvis was very evident. He has taken time to devise me a personalised exercise programme, along with requesting my GP refer me for further scans. He has a friendly, professional approach. I feel my back / hip pain is much more manageable. Thank you again Joe!

Great location, easily accessible. I had an injury consultation with Jade, she was knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions and very reassuring, even how simple the question. Had treatment and decide myself I wanted follow up treatment, never felt I had to or pressurised into it, was advised it would help but didn't have too which is very reassuring and a great service. Also Great to support a new business, highly recommended

Went for a shoulder injury, I saw Joe, he assessed my injury I had massage therapy and some exercises, after just one appointment I was pain free. Absolutely brilliant. Would recommend.

Jade has done a great job getting my achilles sorted. Really good first consultation then regular treatment has got me back playing sport again. Would highly recommend Jade to anyone with a sports injury.
