Ed was brilliant fixing an issue with my boiler - initially we thought it needed a manufacturer specialist but Ed wouldnt give up until the issue was resolved! Highly recommend !

I can not recommend Ed highly enough. Decorators had made the installation of a boiler at my place considerably more complicated than was originally quoted for. After a little bit of head scratching, Ed calmly discussed the options and came up with a solution everyone was happy with. As an owner of many properties who has installed numerous boilers over the years in many properties - I was impressed Ed didn't walk off onto easier jobs, but came up with options and discussed them through with me intelligently and calmly explaining strengths and weaknesses of different options that we faced as a result of the job changing. It obviously helped that I understood the issues that had been created by my decorators, but this allowed me to confirm that Ed was honest and open. The finished job was done to an excellent standard and on time. There were some small changes to the quote but they were entirely reasonable. I have worked with dozens and dozens of plumbers over the years for a variety of jobs - Ed is by far the most professional one I have come across.

Great service for a fair price, here to deal with a blocked pipe, fixed that quickly, even cleaned my floor and checked my boiler, went the extra mile. Perfect service.
