We couldn't be happier with NHCC. From the outset Dominique was a pleasure to speak with and she efficiently set up our meeting with the amazing Yasmine, who would be our cat sitter. We had an introductory session with Yasmine and instantly knew she was the right person to look after our cats. We were very nervous about leaving them for the first time but Yasmine put us completely at ease - asking all the right questions (NHCC also have a very professional detailed form which Yasmine had closely read, so you know all the right information is stored and communicated) and demonstrating her evident love for all animals; especially cats. We felt completely safe trusting her with our keys and before going away both Dominique and Yasmine were extremely responsive to the couple of further questions we had. Since we've been away Yasmine has been absolutely amazing. She sends updates every time she visits, including photos and videos, and our cats plainly adore her - and she them. She has also gone above and beyond just the cat sitting and has flagged and helped fix other house related issues (including speakers being turned on (by the cats), external gates being left open etc.) and is also an excellent photographer. We have felt entirely relaxed on holiday thanks to Yasmine and have already requested she come again for our next trip. Thank you Yasmine and Dominique!

We were moving from Hong Kong to UK April 2021 during covid, it was extremely difficult to book flight that would be within same day for us and our cat to arrive. Weve looked at cattery, still feels bad for our cat to be basically locked up and without any interaction for hours. Its just great that we found out Notting Hill Cat. We cant personally meet Janet who are going to take care of our cat as we were still in Hong Kong, but Janet sent us photos every day. We can see and feel that our cat had been taken good care of and loved, in a normal home environment. We felt so guilty putting our cat through horrible experience of flying for hours locked up in a cage, but we were so glad at least we got her the best care we could before we arrived.

I am forever grateful to NHCC for taking such amazing care of my furbaby, Mr Tunnels. I received news of a family emergency and had to fly home. Dominique was so helpful and got everything in order for me. Leaving your cat in a new environment is stressful enough but it was even worse as Tunnels had just moved to London a couple months prior and after being on a 13hour flight in cargo, he was easily scared. I knew Tunnels was in good hands from all NHCCs glowing reviews but I was shocked at how fast Tunnels felt right at home with Anca and Alex. It only took 2 days and he was showing them his cheeky personality. Anca was amazing and kept me updated with photos and videos every day during those 3 weeks. Seeing him so happy and playful, I didnt need to worry about him as much. Anca very kindly sent me the links to the toys Tunnels enjoyed playing with. She even gifted me a pair of beautiful candles. When my husband picked Tunnels up and he was crying in his carrier, Anca teared up and it speaks volumes that she doesnt just take care of your furbaby because shes providing a service. She genuinely loves your furbaby as her own.
