Uninterested and cold sales person, opened the door to only go back to arranging stock without greeting or asking what we were looking for, we assumed someone else would assist but there was nobody else in the shop. Had to get the sales person attention to assist as we were looking for something specific, they said theyd follow up with details but never did. Stylish furniture but poor service will unlikely visit again.

Great quality for the price point - the Indor team went beyond to help deliver the items to us and on time. Overall I was very happy with the furniture I bought for our family home and they provided excellent service at the same time.

We visited their store in London to get a feel for some furniture we wanted for our apartment. We got some really good pointers from the store manager and purchased a number of lighting and furniture items. Received the items to us by two man white glove delivery and the items look amazing in our flat! Couldn't be happier with the end result!!!
