ordered a bouquet for a birthday but only received it the next day, fair enough the first attempt to deliver is failed as no one is at the address, however, i didnt get any update on the options for redelivery and was under the impression that the delivery is just late. the next day the bouquet arrived and it just looks so tired, wrapping in the soaking paper, very underwhelmed and disappointed. while the delivery service is at fault, id appreciate an timely update esp for a special occasion.

Very very very disappointed I have ordered a deluxe version for funeral 250 and an amazing photo on the website, but when I receive the picture of the bouquet, what a disillusion. My wife is florist in Paris so I can tell you that this is a trap !

Been there a few times, the staff were always extremely rude and unfriendly, based on how they treat their customers, it feels like they simply dont want people to buy from they at all.
