Dropped off an item that was lightly worn just to freshen really. Came back with ribbon through hood all pulled askew, not pressed that side and hood all scrunched up so with more wrinkles than it started with. Shocking customer service and super rude. Very upsetting. Have lived in the neighbourhood forever, and used to use this shop a lot. Wont be going back. Covid is not excuse for poor business practice. What a shame.

Ive used the company for dry cleaning and tailoring jobs. The turnaround is very fast and the staff and very polite and helpful , I had my expensive leather jacket dry cleaned by them and it looks amazing no damage to the leather . They also have delivery and collection which is very convenient for me as I am working 5 days a week and dont have time to drop off my stuff and collect them . Very happy with their service . Very disappointing - I had great hopes when I enrolled to a yearly membership however at the first problem I have seen how unprofessional the management is. I have given two shoes to be mended, and they ruined both - one by putting a heel bigger than the shoe's heel itself, and the other one be damaged on the heel (with an axe like chop), they have taken to mend it back which took another 2 weeks - with no formal apologies, nothing to amend the situation etc and the shoes were not mended properly at all. Please avoid - the value of these companies are understood when there is a customer problem.
