MC Recycle has had my phone since Feb 2021. 10 months on I'm still waiting for my money. I've chased them via email and phone calls several times but still nothing. Don't trust these people

gave a quote to buy my phone which i agreed at 105 so i sent it off they replied with its only worth 80 i declined and paid 3 for the return. i have heard nothing from them and now there phone number is ringing out and the web site is closed. Stole from me which makes them thieves in my book. DONT TRUST

Avoidance at all costs, total scammers never received payment when they received my phone, all dishonest!!! Reported to Police Tarding Standards and Action Fraud!!!!Zero star

The best price offered and although I had to phone to ensure the funds were in my account within 24 hours (I was told by 6pm however it was there before 4pm) I am delighted with the professionalism of the guy I spoke to. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Terrible service, they have had my phone and valued it since November and still have not paid me. They don't answer emails, the phone is always engaged and have lots of excuses. Avoid at all costs
