We had a stressful start to our night. It is a shame that this place isnt managed well, plus staff is a bit rude and has attitude. I hope they can improve their service. It could have been a nice place to go regularly. I reserved online for food and drinks at 9:15pm. We were there at the door right on time, punctual. We were waited at the door in a line for security checks, security guy was grumpy (the customer base is quite young, most people looked like they were teenagers so Im guessing this is one the reasons they are careful and take their time at the entrance) and finally we sat down and 5 minutes after sitting down around 9:30pm we ordered food but we were told that the kitchen was closed! The waiter was polite, I explained that I had reserved for food & drinks and we didnt eat beforehand bc we would be having dinner here. He called his manager. At the end, they asked for the chef to stay and serve us food however the manager was a bit rude and acted like they were doing us a favour. I could also reserve for food and drinks at 9:30pm if I wanted to, so there is definitely something wrong with the online booking system, or the kitchen schedule. I am adding photo of receipts as a proof that we were actually there last night.

The security guard were welcoming, polite and understanding especially this one guard russ it was good vibes and the drinks that I like for good price

Amazing bar, outstanding staff and bartenders, Eduardo is an outstanding host and has all the recommendations and makes you feel at home
