        Bought a top in the portobello market shop and wasn't made aware it was non returnable. There was no signs in the shop or tags on the clothes to make this clear. When I took the item back to return it and was declined I felt hard done by and was told it was my fault for not asking when purchasing the item if it was returnable. This is a shame because I did like this shop and its ethics but am appalled by the customer service.
