Went into store to view a couple of cars I had seen online. Staff unlocked the cars and allowed us to view with little hassle which was great. After being asked which we preferred I was then advised to apply for finance on my mobile phone. We were surprised by this. We asked if we could sit down with someone first to discuss and also test drive the car. Which is quite normal. We were told this is how they do things here and we cant test drive or sit down and discuss prices until after weve applied for the finance. What happened to try before you buy? When we questioned this, the staff member was very rude and seemed to have little interest in helping us and just left us standing there. We went in with full intensions of purchasing a car today, I did in fact love the car I viewed. But along with a good car, I want good customer service. We left and they lost out on a sale. Very disappointing experience, would not recommend.

Rather rude and poor service. Came in fully prepared to buy a car we had already enquired about online. However as the sales team were not free, we were told to apply for the finance online before we could test drive the car?! Told they were not prepared to discuss prices/deals/ offers until we applied for finance on our phones in the waiting area. Not even allowed to test drive without committing to the quote, and was told its how we do it as we sell loads of car. Strong cowboy vibes here. Reviews talk a lot out about poor customer experience/ care and we certainly experienced that. Nothing special so not worth the hassle and poor attitude you get

From finding the BMWX4 online to making payment till my car was delivered I cannot think of any negative process from this garage. Top Professionals that understands their job! Effortless communication till I got the car in London they didn't put a foot wrong till the car got delivered! Top Garage they are this Garsge! Highly Recommended.
