        Rooms are out dated. Carpets are old and need a good clean or replaced. Floor boards where squeaky as hell also. Toilet in the room was leaking too and needs repaired. Taps on the sink where loose. Overall not the best place to stay in the area. The only good thing was the breakfast unfortunately. Shame as this place could be lovely.

        We had a WONDERFUL meal here the Saturday just gone. We phoned up 20 minutes before arriving (had been walking in the Lakes) and they accommodated us immediately. The service was particularly outstanding - friendly, quick, efficient. The food arrived promptly and was outstanding quality. Our dog was allowed in and we just really enjoyed the general vibe! Thank you to the team at The White Hart we will definitely be visiting again.
