        Women on the phone was abrupt and frankly rude. She has no clue about mechanics and only quotes off a computer. I need a cam belt and oil pump doing on my car. The oil pump requite the cam belt to be taken off but they quote off a computer for 2 jobs not one. Why replace the cam belt full to then take it off to replace the oil pump. A little common sense is required. Wouldnt recommended them at all unless your prepared to be over charged for jobs I will be going elsewhere

        It would have been easy for them to supply and fit 4 diesel injectors but instead the engineer discussed alternative ways to fix the issue before taking the expensive solution.

        not very good customer service . Lady extremely unhelpful and abrupt - just hope repairs service is better than the customer service! absoultely terrible
