We initially made contact with QSC 6 years ago when we were looking at ISO 14001 approval. We were successful in this and as a result we retained their services to help us along the way to ISO 45001 approval. QSC have always been professional yet friendly and approachable. As a result, we continued to work with QSC to ensure we continue to keep informed of any legislation changes and continually improve our systems and practices. I would have no hesitation in recommending QSC to any business looking for help with their ISO systems or for general advice.

We contacted Quality Systems Consultancy when we unfortunately lost our quality consultant. We were left in a difficult situation and Julie and Andy went above and beyond to step in and help us to implement a new system very quickly just before Christmas 2021. We are now progressing to an integrated system to include environmental and health and safety ISO's. Julie has been a great help with our quality system and has provided support during our audits. She is professional, calm and extremely helpful. Andy is also very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
