        AVOID. I Have been using Arnold Clarke for a while now as its local to me and although they give you the wrong parts now and again, like most parts places, I've always brought them back and been refunded with no issues. However, I returned an incorrect part to them recently and I was told they've "changed their refund policy" so I wasn't given my money back there and then, despite it being THEIR mistake giving me the wrong part. I was asked to fill out a form and told that their head office would "ring me to issue the refund within 2 days"...it has been over 2 weeks now and I've phoned 2 times to ask for an update only to be fobbed off with "they have a backlog of refunds to issue" won't be using again. Wouldn't mind but it was only a 30 part and I'm being made to jump through hoops to get my money back.

        Handy local car parts store. If it's not on the shelf they can usually get it in for the next day. Could do with on shelf items such as oils and other consumables being priced.
