I left my car with this garage on Monday for the MOT. They called to say it had failed due to a coil spring and brakes and quoted 674. As they said it was a dangerous fail due to the spring being broken, I decided to leave the car to be fixed at this garage rather than moving it elsewhere. I was told that a staff member was off that day but they would have it done by Friday at the latest. I heard absolutely nothing, and when I called on Friday morning, apparently they were in the middle of the job. Nobody called back until Monday. After I had paid and collected my car, I realised they had charged me 698. so I had to ask for a refund of 24. Finally, I decided to replace the tyre that had been flagged up as an advisory, drove all the way to Stalham, only to find that the locking wheel nut that they had assured me had been put back in the car, was missing. So I had to drive back to Coltishall to retrieve it. The mechanic was very nonchalant, gave one word answers and just walked off when I told him I was unhappy about the situation. I will not be returning to this place. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes
