Nothing but praise for all the guys at MKraft. Took my troublesome X5 to them and it certainly tested their patience, to add to that while they had it out on a road test a lorry threw a stone or something up which hit my car and damaged it BUT James couldnt of been anymore apologetic and promptly made sure it was repaired. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone that has a troublesome car like mine. Service: Engine repair

I Recently bought a 318D from Mkraft, I spoke to James who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone answering any queries i had. The car was in fantastic condition and all preventative maintenance done prior to my purchase for trouble free motoring They let me take it away same day after enquiring also giving it a full health check and it's been faultless since collected Will 100% use them for anything the car needs.

2016 f30 320d: returned to me with crack in windscreen. needs insurance claim replacement. I was told if i didnt have photos to prove its condition at time of drop off, that's tough luck! and "I'm just trying to score a new windscreen!" WHO TAKES EVIDENCE PHOTOS LIKE THAT FOR A DAYS SERVICE!? I'm not short on money, I can buy 10 windscreens if i needed too! The principal of what's happened today is disgusting. I was told at midday phonecall the brake judder for inspection is caused by worn front discs. Nearly choked on my sandwhich! new brembo discs and pads with less then 6k miles on them! Then got told when paying, the man went to double check the discs after the phone call and the discs arent worn so wasnt sure what mech was on about! Apparently, juddering under braking is just the nature of dimpled and sloted brembo discs! Should be ashamed to call themselves a competitve BMW specialist with 'best service in East Anglia'! No report on testing for runout even, most likely just test driven all morning ragging the sssssshit outta it, returned my MPG at 43.5. How hard do you have to thrash a 320d to get the MPG down to 43.5?! IN HOW MANY HOURS OF "TEST" DRIVING!? 72 diagnostic fee + 100 windscreen claim + 40 in taxis to get to and from site = 212 an expensive day! Heres the drumroll::: oh, your drivetrain malfunction fault is because BMW has issued a Recall on the ECU's. Take it to BMW maindealer mate! pretty sure you didnt need to plug it in to find that out! but still charged me for diagnostics!!! Dishonesty comes easy to some, so low, no integrity, cant even correctly identify the wear of a pair of brake discs. Just take it to BMW main dealers or do it yourself! I pride myself on my honesty and my integrity. I admit my mistakes and I fix them or accept my punishment. And to be called a liar by a "BMW Independent Specialist" with "Best Service in East Anglia" ... flabbergasted and bewildered. Seamus Kelly 16/03/2023 the below reply from this garage owner is a complete load of nonesense, there is no work on any EGR components, there is nothing wrong with the EGR cooler. The recall by BMW is regarding the ECU causing a drivetrain malfunction. i was told its okay to leave my car out of hours and post the key through the letter box (so no idea why thats now a complaint about me leaving the car out of hours, isnt this supposed to be part of "best service in East Anglia)) just blatant lies. its not a chip it is a crack in the windscreen (so rude to pooh pooh a customer complaint) yet more evidence of his poor service. entirely bored now Services: Brakes, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance
