Andrew responded quickly to a query on the Worcester Bosch website and advised us efficiently and informatively on various options after our old boiler died. He came up with an imaginative solution for our mad piping and shortage of space, and helpfully and confidently answered all our questions, even the daft ones. His itemised quote was very competitive and easy to follow. The new boiler was fitted quickly and efficiently, and all nicely cleaned up as he went. He also added a new roof to the airing cupboard as it turned out to be damaged from historic leaks. He even managed to explain the digital system to a complete luddite who can't operate her own phone. I can't recommend Andrew highly enough and will be booking him for our annual service! Very professional at booking , easily arranged appointment . On time and friendly. Having had a bad experience previously with another trader, in comparison Andrew was extremely thorough , explained the elements of the service and did a full check of all components and connections, including the fuel tank.
