Had I terrible experience here, paid by card only to be told transaction had not gone through showed it had on my banking app assistant manager wasn't having it as far as he was concerned wasn't getting the meal I paid for. Had been driving for four hours just stopped for a break and this. Rang the bank was told payment had been made and would be taken from my account I could log an appeal would take several weeks, but during the call the Manager presented my meal and said on the house which was nice but I had paid for this meal. I had never experienced this over a card payment and neither had my bank McDonald's has a clitch here and it should be sorted. For less than 10 was going to walk away from it and go to burger king next door.

Not even 1 star, 25 mins for a coffee that they only started making after I asked where it was. I was the 3rd person to ask about my order. No idea if I would have gotten it otherwise. Absolutely abhorrent, would give 0 stars if possible.
