I have used this place for over 10 years with mixed experiences. Recently, the customer service seems to have taken a nose dive. From poorly packaged products (leaking), delivery boxes with partial address label, missing items, to ignoring email requests to amend orders. Missing and damaged items have always been replaced. I think the biggest let down for me though is the unresponsiveness via email. I am one of the many who has spent thousands with them. Ill continue to order if the price is right but it has marred my experience. Now I am actively seeking alternatives to clean your car. There is no point me contacting them again and again because I am tired of it. I have spoken up but there is either no response or a well improve. I am not seeing any improvements though.

"I was impressed with the speed of the initial delivery of my order. However, a few months later, I encountered a problem with the adapter on one of the products. I reached out to customer support on a Sunday afternoon and was thrilled with the prompt response I received on Monday morning. The representative informed me that a new adapter would be sent to me at no cost, and it arrived via DPD just two days later on Wednesday. The issue was promptly resolved and I am grateful for the excellent customer support. Thank you very much!

Ive ordered from CYC several times and each time the parcels arrive sooner than estimated and on this occasion also included a free GYEON detailer which I believe was a deal at the time.
