      • Kambiz ATFL

        We went to Oxford and back in the same coach in Jan 2023 , the driver was awful , changing lane at high speed very quickly , throwing passengers from side to side , told us to come back the same drop off for the return pick up, we got to the drop off and there was no sign of the coach , took us 45 minutes to find out she was parked in the main bus terminal and would not come to the drop off point . On the way back , she changed the route and destination which was supposed to be Parliament Sqr , without going on the tannoy to inform the passengers . bad experience all round. I am giving 2 as the lady driver was very pleasant and put up with the passengers loud behaviour .
