This is not the kind of place you find by accident but worth a little bit of a detour.
Well-run Post Office, village shop Coln Stores and great Cafe Coln all in one.
The setting is fantastic. I wish every village had something like this!
Sat outside at table on the grass with a friend on a hot day. Drank tea and ate sweet potato, kale and goat cheese "pastie." Cakes looked great.
Dogs welcome and water bowl provided.
