Walked in with my wife, wanting to order a brand new car. Told by receptionist that they didn't have one of the model I was interested in at the showroom so I couldn't be helped. Bizarre.

I contacted Stratstone for a major service on my recently purchased F-type. This was my first Jaguar experience and all I can say is that I was provided a swift service from start to finish. Booked in for my sunroof to be recalibrated because it kept opening,i explained that the harness had been disconnected to keep the sun roof closed over the winter.after an hour they told me the whole head liner would have to be removed which was a 2.5 hour job just to reconnect the harness.I had to go through to the work shop myself and push the harness back into place which took about 4 seconds,I was still there for another 2 hours.then when I payed the bill I was advised that my 2 front tyres and rear brakes pads were on amber alert even though they were just all replaced 4 months earlier and done 900 miles. Also my original booking was for the afternoon but received a call the previous day saying I could come in early morning and it will be first come first serve. This should have been a 30 minute job. 3.5 hours in total. I am staying clear from now on.
